Expressive Art Therapy allows clients to express feelings, thoughts and suppressed emotions through their art that they may be unable to articulate and express verbally. 


Our purpose is to provide art as a therapeutic tool to help clients gain a quicker and deeper understanding of themselves and their issues.

What is the difference between Expressive Art Therapy and regular 'talk' therapy?


In Expressive Art Therapy the images created and their interpretations become a significant part in the therapeutic process. 


With these images client begins to have a deeper and quicker understanding of their issues as they achieve new insights. 


This enhances the verbal exchanges between the client and the therapist and their active dialogue. 


Interpreting the meaning of the art work begins the therapeutic process and our work together.
